Description

Statnett needs consultancy services within IT development services. The services shall both cover Statnett ́s need to outsource independent assignments to suppliers with independent performance responsibility, as well as cover the need for extra capacity in periods (hire/temporary staff under the customer ́s management). The contract is reserved for entities with disabled or disadvantaged persons, cf. the Utilities Regulations § 12-4.PS: The tender is conducted as a competition with negotiation in Statnett ́s own KGV system, Ivalua.
