Description
The University college in Innlandet (HINN) /the contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement with a minimum of 1 and maximum 3 tenderers for the purchase of helicopter services for various assignments, including: 1. Anaesthetic of wild animals for marking. 2. Registration or counting of wild animals 3. Moving heavy equipment The assignment area mainly comprises Innlandet county in Norway, but also border areas in Dalarna and Värmland in Sweden. See Annex 1, the contracting authority ́s requirement specifications, for further information.
