Description

The Cultural Tank shall enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of graphical design services. The need will vary from year to year, but we anticipate that the need for interactive design will increase. The Cultural Tank needs, among other things, assistance with the design of brochures and annual reports. In addition the Communication Department needs graphical services for various projects such as conferences and seminars. A comprehensive description of the delivery is given in "Annex 1: Needs Description". The contract will be valid for 2 years, valid from the date the contract is signed. After that the contracting authority can extend the contract completely or partly for up to 2 further years (1+1). The maximum contract value is NOK 2,500,000 excluding VAT if the option years are utilised. Emphasis is placed on the fact that the stated volume is based on estimates from own financial data, as well as assumptions about future needs. The estimated contract value is informative only, and the contracting authority is not bound by this value. The volume can vary due to changes in economic framework conditions, political decisions and the market situation in general.
