Description
The Ministry of Transport and Communications would like to enter into a framework agreement for financial consultancy services. The consultancy services shall mainly support the administration of the government ́s contracts for the procurement of domestic flights (FOOT routes), the Coastal Route Bergen–Kirkene ́s delivery obligatory postal services and newspaper distribution, but it can also be used in other areas within the section ́s or department ́s areas of responsibility. The main objective of the framework agreement is to ensure the Ministry access to relevant financial competence that can support effective and appropriate administration of the procurement contracts, in accordance with the current public procurement regulations and government support. The deliveries shall include socio-economic and business economic assessments, with particular emphasis on benefit-cost analyses, user effects, environmental impacts and the role of the transport offer in the overall transport system.
