Description
The Norwegian Public Roads Administration (hereafter called the contracting authority) will enter into a framework agreement with several tenderers for consultancy services within planning and engineering design. Tenders are wanted from tenderers with the professional, legal and financial basis necessary for fulfilment of the contract.
