Description
NVE would like to enter into a framework agreement with one or several tenderers for assistance with energy consultancy services within three lots: Energy analyses Power market analyses Power system analyses and network analyses The framework agreement shall cover the Contracting Authority's need for competence that the Contracting Authority does not have access to in its own organisation and/or when the Contracting Authority needs extra capacity The need for assistance/assignments can be short (i.e. a few weeks or months) or long term (i.e. several months).
