Description

The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for consultancy services for buildings and property for the discipline; Builder's representative (BHO) / Construction Manager (BL). This ensures that the county has sufficient capacity and good competence for the execution of small and large projects. The assignments will be geographically limited to old Hedmark county, and the procurement is divided into sub-contracts (each geographical area is a sub-contract).
