Description

The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for consultancy services for buildings and property for the discipline; architectural services (ARK). This ensures that the county has sufficient capacity and good competence for the execution of small and large projects. The assignments will be geographically limited to Innlandet county, and the procurement is divided into sub-contracts (each geographical area is a sub-contract). The geographical areas to be served are the following: Gamle Hedmark fylke (sub-contract 1) Gamle Oppland fylke (sub-contract 2) The contracting authority intends to enter into agreement with 2 tenderers per geographical area (sub-contract). It is a prerequisite that a sufficient number of qualified tenders are received. The procurement is as described divided into sub-contracts, and the tenderer can submit tender offers on one or both lots.
