Description

The aim of the procurements is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for services from consultants in connection with consultancy services connected to renovation of buildings, alterations, operation and maintenance in relation to buildings and outdoor installations connected to Oslo Town Hall. Assignments related to the Heftyetunet at Frognerseteren may also be relevant. This framework agreement is divided into two sub-contracts. Sub-contract 1: Construction (RIB), fire (RIBr), building physics (RIBfy), environment (RIM), acoustics (RIAku), technical drafter and project manager (option) with a value of NOK 4,200,000. Sub-contract 2: Electro (RIE), HVAC (RIV), lighting designer, lift consultant and technical drafter, with a value of NOK 5,000,000.
