Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland, Unit for Development Evaluation (hereinafter referred to as “Contracting Authority” or “MFA”) provides a prior information notice for following EU procurements: 1) Consulting services for service director and deputy service director to support, coordinate and oversee Framework Agreement for Centralised Evaluations (hereinafter referred to as "Coordination Service"), and 2) Framework Agreement for Centralised Evaluations (hereinafter “Framework Agreement”). Estimated schedule: - Procurement of the Coordination Services starts in January 2024. Bidding time: 30 days. - Procurement of the Framework Agreement starts at the end of February. Bidding time 1,5 months.
