Description
Lillesand municipality shall enter into a framework agreement for building materials, wood, tools, fastening materials etc. The contract shall ensure that the contracting authority has simple, stable and predictable access to the goods included in the contract. The contracting authority is not obliged to use the framework agreements and is free to make individual procurements where the contracting authority deems this appropriate. For further information on the contents of the procurement, please see part II annex 1.
