Østfold University College would like to enter into an agreement with an advertising agency that can assist both operatively and consultants to strengthen our student recruitment, employer-branding and the university college's reputation. The contract will include the preparation of a concept as well as proposals for market activities and relevant platforms for visibility towards different target groups.
