Description
Sogndal municipality needs a framework agreement for consultancy services for area planning. The agreement shall be used to provide the organisation with resources for possible lock manpower, for higher workloads and as needed for more senior competence. See annex 1 Requirement Specifications for more information.
Award criteria
- Price — Hourly rate
- Quality — Description in accordance with point 4.1 in Annex 1 Requirement Specification. Up to 5 cards (maximum 1 page) CVar
