Description
The contracting authority has several projects in the portfolio. The contracting authority needs to enter into a framework agreement for consulting engineers who can design. The contracting authority shall have a full consultancy group including geotechnics and architect. The framework agreement shall be signed with one tenderer. The contract period is 2 years with a further extension for up to 2 years, 12 months at a time. A contract shall be signed with one tenderer.
