Description

The competition is for the provision of detailed engineering design and construction management services for water and sewage installations. Each year the contracting authority has a comprehensive action plan for investments and maintenance assignments within the water and sewage area. The municipality does not always have sufficient capacity to cover its need for detailed engineering design services. It is therefore desirable to join up with external consultancy companies to carry out concrete assignments as needed. The internal capacity will always determine whether we need to procure consultancy assistance and the extent will vary. In some cases there can be a limited need, for example, for dimensioning, but in other cases it can apply for the entire project implementation from the preparation of application papers, collection of basic data, preparation of tender drawings and descriptions, for contract signing and construction management.
