Horten municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement to cover the municipality ́s ongoing need for construction services, beyond the work that the municipality carries out. The estimated average turnover will be approx. per annum. The assignments in the framework agreement mainly consist of minor upgrades and maintenance. There will also be some major assignments. The average turnover for the procurement of materials is estimated to be NOK 1,000,000,000. per annum.
