Description
Through the establishment of the present framework agreement, the Contracting Authority wants to buy advisory services that will be covering both the operation and maintenance of the existing salt cavern wells, and the possible development, operation, maintenance and abandonment of future salt cavern wells. The framework agreement can also be used to facilitate assignments related to other storage wells e.g. a second opinion on storage wells and underground related tasks. Description and further information and details regarding the services, reference is made to Appendix 2 - Scope of Services (doc.no. 23/07365-2). The total purchase is made for a period of 4 years from the signing of the framework agreement with the option of an extension for 2 years + 2 years. Orders under the framework agreement will be allocated directly to the supplier which, in the view of the Contracting Authority, has submitted the most economi-cally advantageous tender, see section 4.1.
