Description
The German Aerospace Center (DLR e.V.) operates the athmosperic research airplane Falcon 20. A modified FA20 is the basis for the airplane. DLR operates the airplane in accordance with EASA.Airops.SPO and EASA Part 21. Part SPO and part.21 require DLR to conduct its own training and checking. Flight Test Instructors are required and on DLR staff.
