Description
L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Il s'agit d'un accord cadre multi attributaire à bons de commande. Le nombre maximal de titulaires est fixé à deux, sous réserve d'un nombre suffisant de candidats et d'offres. Les bons de commande seront attribués en priorité à l'attributaire arrivant en tête de classement des offres de l'analyse des offres. En cas d'indisponibilité de l'attributaire classé en première position du classement des offres, la commande sera attribuée à l'attributaire classé en seconde position de l'analyse des offres
