Description
Procédure adaptée prenant la forme d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire par lot avec un montant maximum annuel. Il sera exécuté au fur et à mesure des besoins par l'émission de bons de commande. Il prendra effet à compter de sa notification, renouvelable 1 fois par période de 12 mois par reconduction expresse, sans que la durée puisse excéder le 31 décembre 2025. Il est composé de 7 lots. Possibilité de présenter une offre pour un ou plusieurs lots. Variante autorisée à condition que ces dernières respectent les exigences minimales exposées dans le marché. Négociation possible mais pas obligatoire.
