Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet des travaux relatifs à la fourniture, la pose et le raccordement électrique de panneaux photovoltaïques sur les divers sites et bâtiments de la ville de Metz, ainsi que la maintenance de l'installation et la supervision de l'installation sur une durée de 5 ans.
