Le présent marché porte sur la fourniture, la mise en oeuvre et la maintenance d'un logiciel HYPERVISEUR pour le suivi et le pilotage des installations techniques de l'ensemble du parc départemental comprenant 32 bâtiments équipés de Gestion Technique de Bâtiment (GTB), de Gestion Technique Centralisée (GTC). Les variantes ne sont pas autorisées. Le marché est conclu à partir de sa date de notification pour une durée de 6 ans
