L'objet de la présente consultation concerne la fourniture, la livraison et la pose de bornes enterrées avec système de compaction pour la collecte des déchets ménagers et assimilés. Les conteneurs enterrés seront destinés à la collecte des flux suivants : - les emballages ménagers recyclables (flux EMR), papiers et cartons, - les ordures ménagères résiduelles (OMR) conditionnées en sacs. Accord-cadre avec un montant maximum de 1 000 000 euros HT
