Description
- Objet (cf. art 2 du règlement de la consultation) La consultation concerne la fourniture, l'installation, les paramétrages et la maintenance d'un poste central de régulation du trafic routier (PCRT). La communauté urbaine souhaite remplacer les deux PCRT existants sur son territoire par un PCRT unique centralisant l'intégralité des carrefours. Ce PCRT unique devra également pouvoir intégrer les carrefours des futures lignes C et D du tramway, dont la mise en service est planifiée en 2027
