Description

La présente consultation est une procédure formalisée (appel d'offres ouvert) et porte sur les prestations suivantes : Fourniture, pose et maintenance d'abris-bacs nécessaires au déploiement d'une solution de collecte séparative de biodéchets, en points d'apport volontaire, sur le territoire de la Métropole de Montpellier (en excluant en excluant les zones nécessitant une validation des ABF (Cette consultation ne concerne pas toutes les zones pour lesquelles, la mise en place d'Abris-bacs, nécessite un avis conforme de l'Architecte des bâtiments de France, notamment les zones « Site Patrimonial Remarquable » et les abords de monuments historiques (cf. Annexe II), sauf accords préalables des ABF). Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande, avec montant maximum annuel de 1 500 000,00 euro(s) HT (les montants seront identiques pour chaque période de reconduction) et un montant estimatif annuel de 350 000,00 euro(s) HT (les montants seront identiques pour chaque période de reconduction).
