Le marché a pour objet la fourniture et la livraison de denrées alimentaires destinées à la BAM en vue de leurs distributions aux ayants droit. Cette consultation concerne uniquement les lots 1 et 2 et fait suite à un appel d'offre déclaré "sans suite". Le contrat est un marché ordinaire décomposé en deux lots. Pour chaque lot une enveloppe financière maximale est déterminée. Les titulaires devront livrer un tonnage minimum de denrées
