La mission sollicitée a pour objet la fourniture l’approvisionnement en denrées alimentaires pour le restaurant scolaire de la commune de Chambois (EURE) – (Ecole maternelle d’Avrilly et l’école élémentaire de Corneuil) - Contenu de la mission - Proposition d’un menu type, - Proposition de menus « pique-nique » dans l’année, - Proposition menus à thème, - Proposition menus bio et végétariens, - Approvisionnement en denrées alimentaires correspondantes ; - Confection et élaboration des repas en conformité avec la réglementation, - Contrôle de l’hygiène, - Assistance d’une diététicienne lors de la composition et la rédaction des menus et aide dans le choix du menu, - Prix des prestations garantis toute l’année.
