Description
La présente consultation concerne un groupement de commande pour la fourniture et l'installation de matériel et équipement de cuisine pour la Ville et le CCAS de Grand Quevilly. Groupement de commandes conformément aux articles L.2113-6 et L.2113-7 du Code de la Commande Publique. Le coordonnateur, Ville de Grand Quevilly, signe et notifie le marché. La présente consultation est lancée selon une procédure formalisée, soumise aux dispositions des articles R.2124-2 et R.2131-16-1° du code de la commande publique. Ce marché est un accord-cadre mono attributaire avec émission de bons de commande avec un montant minimum annuel HT et un montant maximum annuel HT, et est passé en vertu des dispositions des articles R.2162-1 à R.2162-6 et R.2162-13 et 14 du Code de la commande publique.
