La présente consultation a pour objet la fourniture, la livraison et la mise en place sur le territoire de Calitom : - d'ensemble complet [préforme + système de sécurité + colonne] en cas de mise en place de nouveaux sites de collecte en apport volontaire ; - de parties [colonne] et/ou [système de sécurité] adaptées aux préformes déjà installées en cas d'évolution de points de collecte existants. L'accord-cadre avec maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique et donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande
