Description
La procédure de passation utilisée est l'appel d'offres ouvert, soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Les prestations sont réparties en 11 lots. Chaque accord-cadre issu de chaque lot est un accord-cadre multi-attributaires à marchés subséquents (10 attributaires maximum sous réserve d'un nombre suffisants d'offres), conclu pour une durée initiale de 3 ans à compter de sa date de notification, reconductible une fois tacitement pour une durée d'un an (soit 4 ans maximum). Chaque accord-cadre est conclu sans minimum et avec un maximum en quantités (MWh) par période. La valeur estimée en euro(s) HT pour tous les lots est fournie à titre purement indicatif. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires, figurant au BPU de chaque marché subséquent
