Description
L'accord-cadre et les marchés subséquents ont pour objet l'acheminement et la fourniture d'électricité pour les besoins propres de la CCI de région Hauts-de-France et l'Agence de l'Union Européenne pour les Chemins de Fer. Chacun des lots est conclu avec plusieurs titulaires : au maximum (4) quatre. Les lots donneront lieu, chacun, à la conclusion de marchés subséquents, après remise en concurrence lors de la survenance du besoin.
