FOURNITURE DE TITRES-RESTAURANT SOUS FORMAT DEMATERIALISE POUR LE PERSONNEL DU GROUPEMENT DE COMMANDES CONSTITUE PAR CITEDIA G.I.E., LE G.E. CITEDIA, LA S.P.L. CITEDIA METROPOLE, LA S.A.E.M. CITEDIA SERVICES ET LA S.A. CITEDIA SECURITE. CITEDIA GIE a été désigné coordonnateur du Groupement de commandes. Les prestations comprennent la fourniture et la livraison des cartes titres-restaurant, la mise à disposition des crédits des titres-restaurant dématérialisés et leur rechargement, une assistance et une formation sur les services et les règles d’utilisation. Accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commandes, sans minimum et avec un maximum en valeur de 750 000 € H.T. L'Accord-cadre pourra être reconduit trois fois pour une durée de douze mois, de manière tacite, sans que sa durée totale, périodes de reconduction comprises, ne puisse dépasser quatre ans. L'accord-cadre sera exécutée par l'émission de bons de commande. La valeur estimée et la valeur maximum s'entendent reconductions incluses.
