L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Le montant estimatif est le montant maximum pour la durée du marché (période initiale et reconductions). Pour assurer la lisibilité de la communauté d'agglomération lors de manifestations récurrentes (conseils communautaires, réunions publiques etc.) ou exceptionnelles (événements en partenariat, manifestations sportives, culturelles, économiques etc.), Le Grand Narbonne utilise différents types de supports de communication institutionnelle. L'accord cadre consiste en la fourniture de diverses catégories de supports de communication visuelle en tissu déclinés respectivement selon la charte institutionnelle du Grand Narbonne
