Description
L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Pour assurer la lisibilité de la communauté d'agglomération lors de manifestations récurrentes (conseils communautaires, réunions publiques etc.) ou exceptionnelles (événements en partenariat, manifestations sportives, culturelles, économiques etc.), Le Grand Narbonne utilise différents types de supports de communication institutionnelle. L'accord cadre consiste en la fourniture de diverses catégories de supports de communication visuelle déclinés respectivement selon la charte institutionnelle du Grand Narbonne
