Description
Consultation lancée en groupement de commandes entre la Ville de Toulouse et Toulouse Métropole. Le coordonnateur du groupement de commandes est TOULOUSE METROPOLE. La procédure de passation utilisée est l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre avec maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale de 1 an à compter de la date de notification du contrat
