<br/>L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par la conclusion de marchés subséquents et l'émission de bons de commande dans les conditions du cahier des charges.<br/>Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée.<br/>Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires.<br/>Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet la fourniture de quincaillerie, d'outillage, d'équipements de protection individuelle (EPI) et de matériaux de construction destinés à la Commune de Sada et à ses établissements rattachés (CCAS, CDE, services municipaux et assimilés). L'accord-cadre est conclu sous la forme d'un marché mixte, exécuté à la fois : - par bons de commande, pour les fournitures figurant au Bordereau des Prix Unitaires (BPU) ; - et par marchés subséquents, pour les fournitures non listées au BPU mais appartenant à la même famille de produits, sur la base d'un devis appliquant la remise catalogue prévue. Pour chaque lot, le marché sera attribué à un nombre maximal de trois (3) titulaires. Toutefois, si le nombre de candidats admis est inférieur à trois, l'accord-cadre pourra être conclu avec deux (2) titulaires, voire avec un (1) seul titulaire, dès lo…
