Description
Le présent marché a pour objet l'acquisition, la livraison et l'installation de mobilier scolaire et prestations annexes. Ces équipements seront notamment destinés à équiper les collèges existants, ainsi que les 4 collèges que le département prévoit de construire ou de restructurer sur la période 2026 à 2030. Au besoin, ils pourront également être achetés pour d'autres sites et services du département. Un lot n°4 « Mobilier scolaire de réemploi » fera l'objet d'une procédure adaptée distincte sur le fondement de l'article R.2123-1 2° du code de la commande publique. Chaque lot sera attribué à un seul opérateur économique et donnera lieu à un accord-cadre avec minimum et maximum, passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations seront rémunérées par application aux quantités réellement exécutées des prix unitaires. NB : s'agissant d'un accord-cadre, les montants indiqués dans les onglets "estimation euro(s) HT" correspondent aux montants maximums pour la durée du marché
