Description
La consultation a pour objet la fourniture de matériels de quincaillerie pour Nanterre Coop Habitat. Les prestations techniques attendues sont détaillées dans le Cahier des Clauses Particulières (C.C.P). L'émission des bons de commande peut intervenir pendant toute la durée de validité de l’accord-cadre. Le marché est passé sous la forme d’un accord-cadre à bons de commande en application des articles L.2125-1-1°, R.2162-1 à R.2162-6, R.2162-13 et R.2162-14 du Code de la Commande Publique. Il s’agit d’un accord-cadre à bons de commande mono-attributaire. L’accord-cadre à bons de commande s’exécute par l’émission de bons de commande par Nanterre Coop Habitat. L’accord-cadre à bons de commande sera conclu sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum fixé à 1 200 000 euros HT sur la durée maximale de l’accord cadre fixée à l’article 1.4 du Cahier des clauses particulières.
