Le présent contrat est un accord-cadre mixte, comprenant : - une partie à marché subséquent portant sur la fourniture de 19 rames; - et une partie à bons de commandes pour la fourniture e de rames supplémentaires, de pièces d'échanges, d'outillages spécifiques etc. L'accord-cadre est conclu sans commande minimale et avec une commande maximale de 23 rames.
