Le contrat porte sur les prestations suivantes : Fourniture de matériel électrique (lot 1), de matériel de plomberie, chauffage, ventilation et climatisation (lot 2) ainsi que de matériel de peinture et revêtement de sol (lot 3). Le lieu d'exécution des prestations est Bâtiments appartenant au Service d'Incendie et de Secours de la Haute-Corse. Le Service d'Incendie et de Secours de Haute-Corse (SIS2B), est gestionnaire d'un parc immobilier constitué de 20 centres, d'1 état-major, d'1 école départementale, de 3 bureaux opérationnels, d'1 centre d'hébergement pour renforts militaires, ainsi que de 2 installations sécurisées présentes sur les aéroports de Bastia Poretta et de Sainte Catherine de Calvi
