Description
L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. En vertu de l'article L. 2113-12 du Code de la commande publique, le lot n°2 : Fourniture de kits de compostage collectifs en bois est réservé aux entreprises adaptées, à des établissements et services d'aide par le travail ou à des structures équivalentes, lorsque plus de 50% des travailleurs concernés sont des personnes handicapées qui, en raison de la nature ou de la gravité de leurs déficiences, ne peuvent exercer une activité professionnelle dans des conditions normales
