Description

Le présent accord-cadre porte : - sur la fourniture par enlèvement à la pompe de carburants 24h/24 et 7j/7 ; - la mise à disposition de cartes accréditives pour la distribution du carburant et autres services complémentaires (lavage, ...). La présente consultation est passée suivant un appel d'offres ouvert en application des articles L.2124-2 et R.2124-2 du CCP. Conformément aux articles L.2125-1 et R.2162 du CCP, les prestations s'inscrivent dans un accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commande, sans minimum et avec un maximum 2 000 000 EUR HT sur la durée totale du marché.
