La présente consultation concerne la fourniture de carburants à la pompe (24h/24 et 7j/7) pour la Ville de Mandelieu-La Napoule et le Centre Communal d'Action Sociale (CCAS) de la ville de Mandelieu-La Napoule, réunis en un groupement de commandes selon la convention du 16 mai 2022 et dans les conditions visées par les articles L.2113-6 à L.2113-8 du Code de la commande publique.
