L'objet de la présente consultation est la fourniture de carburants à la pompe et d'électricité aux bornes de recharge en station-service par un système de cartes accréditives multi-enseignes et prestations annexes limitées (lavages, gonflage des pneumatiques, petits matériels, péage autoroutier...). Consultation lancée par un groupement de commandes. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent les options (prestations similaires et reconductions).
