Le présent marché a pour objet la fourniture de carburants. Ce dernier est séparé en deux lots. Lot n°1 pour la fourniture de carburant en vrac, livré par camion-citerne pour la commune de Gravelines uniquement. Le lot n°2 pour la fourniture de carburant et services associés par cartes accréditives pour le groupement de commandes (commune de Gravelines, CCAS, SIVOM des Rives de l'Aa).
