Description
Le CEA-Leti souhaite faire l’acquisition d’un d’un spectromètre de masse (FIB Tof Sims). Le présent marché comporte les options suivantes : - Dépôt d’une couche métallique protectrice (§2. Test 5.3 du cahier des charges), - Refroidissement des échantillons (§3.1 Parameter 10 ; §3.2.6 du cahier des charges), - Formation de maintenance 1er niveau (§9 du cahier des charges), - Formation de maintenance avancée (§9 du cahier des charges), - Le prix du transport, assurance comprise, selon les conditions DAP CEA Grenoble (Convention Incoterms ICC 2020).
