Description

L'objet de cet Appel d'Offre Restreint (AOR) concerne l’acquisition d’un microscope électronique à balayage (MEB) dédié aux expérimentations de localisation de défauts par faisceau d’électrons, au nanoprobing haute résolution et à la cathodoluminescence. L’appel d’offre comprend également l’installation, la formation aux utilisateurs, la garantie et la maintenance. Cet équipement sera acquis par le CNES et installé dans le laboratoire d’expertise du CNES.
