La présente consultation concerne la fourniture d'une installation mobile de mise en balles de déchets. Cet équipement sera utilisé sur la plate-forme de l'ISDND de Roumagayrol (Pierrefeu - 83) : - en période d'arrêts techniques de l'Unité de Valorisation Energétique de Toulon - en saison estivale (de mai à septembre) pour palier à la saturation de l'UVE
