Le présent marché concerne les besoins répartis en 7 lots des CUSL, des Cliniques de l’Europe, de la Clinique Saint-Jean, de la Clinique Saint-Pierre Ottignies, du Centre Hospitalier Neurologique William Lennox et du Centre Hospitalier Valisana. Par application de l’article 48 de la loi du 17 juin 2016 relative aux marchés publics, le présent marché est un marché conjoint occasionnel pour le compte des pouvoirs adjudicateurs précités en matière d'équipement de protection individuelle (masques, gants et blouses).
