Le présent accord a pour objet de permettre au Resah, agissant en tant que centrale d'achat dite « grossiste » au sens de l?article L. 2113-2, 1°) du Code, d'acquérir par l?émission de bons de commande, des prestations destinées à tout organisme répondant à la définition de « Bénéficiaire », quelle que soit sa localisation géographique en France métropolitaine.
